I (the Teacher) offer Singing Event on the following Terms and Conditions:

The Event

It will be held at the teacher’s home address or on zoom. The date and fee will be on a webpage.

Conditions

The Conditions set out below will apply to this Agreement. By paying the fees, ticking the Terms and Conditions box and making the purchase, you will be deemed to agree with these terms and conditions. They will constitute a legally binding personal contract between the teacher and client or the client’s parent or carer.

However, the Client (or the Client s parent or carer) will have the right to cancel this Agreement 14 days or more before the date of the event by giving written notice of cancellation to the Teacher by emailing her at [email protected] and will receive a full refund. Otherwise no refund will be made.  For the purposes of this Agreement written notice must be given by email.

Conditions of Event:

1.      The event

The Teacher will allow clients to sing at the event or/and watch others sing. The teacher may give coaching to the client, where she feels it will be helpful but coaching will not necessarily be part of the event.

2.      Client health information

The Client is responsible for informing the teacher immediately if they do not wish to do a certain exercise. The Client also has the responsibility to inform the teacher if they have any health conditions that they consider to be relevant.

3.      Payment of fees

The Client (or the Client s parent or carer) will pay the fees in full in advance. Attendance is not transferable to another individual.

4.      Confirmation of event

The Client (or the Client s parent or carer) will receive an email confirmation of the event with time and date and location.

5.      Client non-attendance. Cancellation by client or teacher

The Teacher will charge for any client that does not attend. Clients who cancel with less than 14 days notice will not be refunded.

If the Teacher cancels the event, the Teacher will allow the client the choice of attending another future event, get a promotional code towards lessons equal to the cost of the event or receive a refund.

6.      Conduct

If the Teacher, in his or her reasonable opinion, feels unable to continue the event on account of unreasonable conduct by a Client or anyone connected with that Client, the Teacher can ask that Client to leave the event immediately and fees will not be refundable.

7.      Changes

(a)    Any changes to the terms of this Agreement will not affect ongoing previous agreements, but only new contracts entered into by another purchase.

(b)   If the Teacher chooses to waive any right or remedy under this Agreement or otherwise this shall not mean that he or she must do so in future or that he or she waives any other rights or remedies.

8.  Governing law and jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be subject to the laws of the jurisdiction of the location of the teacher in the UK those clients agreeing to this Agreement agree that any dispute relating to the subject matter of this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that UK jurisdiction.
